Service Guarantee
At Lavington Hair we like to provide you with the best service possible. We strive to provide extensive consultations with our clients to ensure that the end result is 100%
However if you feel unhappy with your end result we allow 7 days to have your hair redone free of charge.
This does not apply to a change of mind and you will be charged accordingly at our discretion
All appointments made through us require a contact number for confirmation. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we do ask for 24 hours’ notice so that appointment place can be filled.
If you don’t confirm your appointment a staff member may phone on the day of your appointment to confirm.

No shows and Cancellations
At Lavington Hair we keep track of all no shows and cancellations
and run on a 3 strike policy.
Any client with a history of at least 3 no shows or cancelling within 24 hours of their appointment will be asked to pay a 50% deposit to make their next appointment.
If a no show or cancellation happens again the deposit will be forfeited.

A 50% deposit is required for the following services; Hair extensions, keratin straightening and for lengthy colour services (At stylist discretion).

Please arrive on time or early to your scheduled appointment. If you are lost or running late, please call the salon. Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, or we may not be able to honour your appointment in the time remaining. It is essential that you contact us if you will be running late so that we can try to accommodate you.
We see ourselves as a child friendly salon, we offer toys, books, games and movies for kids to watch while the parents are getting their hair done. But we ask parents keep constant watch of their children in the salon in interest of their safety.
We also ask that either parents or children pick up after themselves at the end of the appointment so we can continue to offer toys etc. for children.
As a courtesy to other guests and in respect to atmosphere we ask that you also try to keep children’s noise to a minimum

Personal items
Please note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost in the salon.


Lavington hairfully adheres to the Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Act contains a set of standards for the handling of your personal information known as the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). We will never share your private information with any individual or company unless where permitted or required to by law.
Management reserves the right to alter these policies at any time.
